Praise from friends or family counts for a lot, but unsolicited recognition from a stranger can often mean more because they have no reason to lie to or about you!! So I was absolutely chuffed to read that Ireland and Leinster back-row forward Jamie Heaslip is reading Trust Rules, according to a picture he posted today to his 139,000 Instagram followers.
I’m a Leinster season-ticket holder and, like all fans, have missed his unrivaled contributions since he was injured early in 2017. News broke just this week that he is expected back to full fitness and to be available for selection by end March 2018, leaving him plenty of time to read and enjoy Trust Rules!
I DM’d him on Twitter to thank him and wish him a speedy return and got the reply shown. I have no idea who gave it to him but whoever you are…. thank you!
