Zrinka Lovrencic is the Managing Director and a member of the management consulting team at Great Place to Work Australia. Since 2008, Zrinka has been working with organizations across a variety of industries and locations to assess their workplace cultures and support them as they seek to transform their organizations to become not only great workplaces but increase their shareholder returns.
As the MD of Great Place to Work Australia, Zrinka is the curator of the “Best Places to Work” study published each year and is a featured speaker on workplace trends and management strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Management from Macquarie University, as well as an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Zrinka was awarded NSW Finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards (2013).
Jannik Krohn Falck started Great Place to Work in Norway and is the CEO and Managing Partner. He has also been part of the Global Advisory Board for three years.
Since 2003, he has supported leaders and analyzed hundreds of organizations in Norway and internationally. Jannik is a frequent speaker at conferences and events throughout Norway, sharing his experiences and unique insights on how and why the best workplaces use leadership and culture to drive competitive advantage. Jannik holds a Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian School of Management.
Kunle Malomo is the Chief Executive Officer of People Productivity Solutions and Managing Partner of GPTW Africa SPV. Kunle co-founded the first ever Africa-based affiliate of the Great Place to Work Institute, which has now expanded operations to Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Cote D’Ivoire. Kunle has twenty years’ experience in human capital strategy formulation and implementation.
Kunle previously worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before proceeding to lead the Product Development in the Solutions practice of the Corporate Executive Board (NYSE: CEB acquired by Gartner) where he helped build best practice engagement solutions in Human Capital, Procurement and Salesforce Effectiveness for Fortune 500 companies. Kunle served as Head of Growth Implementation Solutions practice of the West Coast US practice of Frost & Sullivan. He was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its 40 under 40. Kunle serves as a volunteer entrepreneurship instructor and Dean of the Redeemer Business School North America and guest lectures in the Entrepreneurship in Africa course at Harvard University each Spring semester.
Kunle has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, BSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering from OAU Ife-Ife Nigeria with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering; Completed Executive Educations programs at Harvard Business School in Corporate Restructuring Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity; Financing High Technology Startups at Stanford University, Re-inventing business strategy at MIT and Project Management at Oxford University UK.
Fernando J. Rau es Vicepresidente de Innovación en GPTW México; se ha desempeñado durante más de 15 años en funciones directivas de recursos humanos, en Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Nueva York, Ciudad de Panamá y Ciudad de México. Durante su carrera laboral también acumula más de 5 años en tareas de consultoría y 3 como profesor universitario. Es licenciado en Psicología, posee un MBA por la universidad de Palermo, estudios de educación ejecutiva en la universidad INSEAD de Singapur y un diplomado en minería de datos por el TEC de Monterrey.
